Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve target of sales and collection.
∎ Ensure and monitor sales team members' duty (Chemist / Farm visit, Farmers meeting and Prescription generation etc).
∎ Implement sales and marketing strategies of the company.
∎ Create new dealer / chemist / farmer to increase business.
∎ Frequent field visit, provide training, guideline and motivation for development of sales team.
∎ Report to senior and the Management time to time.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have job experience in similar field.
∎ Must be pro-active, self-motivated.
∎ Very good in team work.
∎ Very good leadership quality.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer literacy.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Willing to travel frequently for field visit all over Bangladesh.
∎ Driving license is must.
∎ Candidates who have job experience in Agrovet or Pharmacuticals company are highly encourage to apply.
