Job Context:
∎ This position shall overlook the General Trade channel and shall have the team of Sales officers and ASMs reporting into it.
∎ Looking out for Khulna-Barishal/ Dhaka-Mymensingh / Chittagong-Comilla Divisions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Delivering Sales Volume Primary and Secondary target assigned to the Area
∎ Meeting Infrastructure targets
∎ Meeting Distribution expansion targets.
∎ Meeting New Product launch targets.
∎ People Management - Maintaining a conducive professional relationship with all business partners.
∎ Recruiting, Managing and Developing Team - Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.
∎ Putting in place good operations and excelling in Operational excellence.
∎ Driving Local sales promotion schemes, Visibility campaigns and new product launches.
∎ Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level.
∎ Co-ordinating with National Distributor team to ensure proper claim management, Order processing.
∎ Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS reporting
∎ Complete resolution of all issues in the territory and ensuring smooth operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with FMCG industry exposure at Division level.
∎ Min.7 yrs of experience as ASM in a reputed company in Bangladesh dealing with Soap/Shampoo/Hair oil/Detergents/Skin care/Personal care/Hygiene categories
∎ Must have handled a team of Sales officers, front-line sales representatives.
∎ Must have experience in consistently excelling Sales, Infra and Distribution in Bangladesh
∎ Must have handled General Trade- Grocer channel.
∎ Should have No location constraint
∎ Exposure with MNC shall be preferred.
∎ Fluency in English and Bangla language.
∎ Target companies: Unilever, ACI, Kohinoor Chemicals, Transcom, Reckitt Benckiser, Godrej, Dabur, Emami, CavinKare, Colgate Palmolive, Himalaya, Marico and Hemas.
∎ Channel exposure - Must have handled General trade, Wholesale Channel.
∎ Highly ambitious and high hunger for success; Strong motivation; Ability to prioritize and multi-task; Ability to quickly identify and provide resolution on issues.
∎ Needs to have Good written and Communication skills
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 100000 (Monthly)
∎ First Quarter shall be on National Distributor payroll post which right candidate shall be considered for direct company payroll.
