Job Context:
∎ Candidate will be majorly responsible to drive secondary sales.
∎ Monitor team of 5-6 Sales officers.
∎ Ensure distributor management
∎ Ensure back-up of SO and Distributors to fill-up the vacancy.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Driving secondary sales with SO and achieved daily targets.
∎ Achieve Secondary and primary targets with daily reporting.
∎ Maintain distributor closing stocks at desired levels.
∎ Ensure stock delivery through sales automation software.
∎ Quickly replace non-performing Sales officers.
∎ Achieve outlet addition and beat expansion targets on monthly basis.
∎ Achieve effective coverage outlet targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ TA-DA + mobile allowance will be in the range of 7,000 to 10,000 Taka.
