Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage a team in a specific area by nurturing a high-performance culture. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to improve the team's sales skills and product knowledge.
∎ Oversee and plan activities concerning the sale of manufactured goods (Fresh Tissue, Fresh Stationery, Fresh Anonna Sanitary Napkin, Fresh Happy Nappy Pant Diaper, Fresh Happy Nappy Baby Wipes) and services or other subjects of sale.
∎ Collaborate with the regional head to align sales efforts with overall business objectives, and then create and implement successful sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
∎ Perform market research to recognize customer requirements, market trends, competitive factors, and utilize these insights to enhance sales strategies and refine product/service positioning.
∎ Monitor and assess critical performance metrics, such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and the expenses associated with acquiring customers.
∎ Manage the sales budget for the division, allocate resources efficiently, control expenses Contribute to budget planning and forecasting.
∎ Develop a deep understanding of company products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to customers.
∎ Ensure the sales team operates in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies by promoting ethical conduct within the team.
∎ Work closely with other departments, such as Logistics, Sales Admin, and Product development team to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
∎ Address proactively and resolve sales-related issues, including customer complaints, team performance challenges, and market fluctuations.
∎ Embrace and promote change within the team by implementing new tactics and technologies to stay competitive.
∎ Prepare the reports (Sales Performance, sales forecast, market analysis, divisional achievement) and submit it to the Regional Head and Head of Sales on a regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal Skills.
∎ Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor behavior.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
