Job Responsibilities:
Develop & implement sales strategies to achieve divisional sales target (in terms of value and volume) and ensure optimum products distribution & visibility in the market.
Ensure primary sales order management and responsible for verifying secondary sales.
Monitor distributors stock (in terms of adherence to stock norms-FIFO, stocking norms etc.).
Directly supervise RSM/ASM, monitoring and evaluate all activities of RSM, ASM, TSO, FSO &distributors.
Supervise channel development activities and coordinate sales and distribution by establishing new distribution /channel, market, territory & belt for achieving goal.
Create & maintain good relation with retailers /wholesalers and other external stakeholders.
Prepare periodic sales report and analyzes performance against programs and plan to determine effectiveness.
Monthly, quarterly & yearly sales forecasting, sales planning, evaluation of sales planning & prepare action plans.
Give regular update to Sales Manager & head of Sales & Distribution.
