Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build, lead, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
∎ Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the sales team to enhance performance.
∎ Monitor team performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients.
∎ Strengthen relationships with vital clients (importers - exporters).
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
∎ Ensure excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
∎ Set sales targets, KPIs, and revenue forecasts for the division.
∎ Develop and implement action plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead.
∎ Generate leads and close deals to expand the company’s market presence.
∎ Develop market penetration strategies to expand into new territories.
∎ Collaborate with the operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
