Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for division in support of national goals
∎ Identify new market and develop business with a new category
∎ Assign monthly sales & distribution plan to the sales force
∎ Ensure stock management of FG’s at DBs point for controlling in-market stock out situation
∎ Implements any promotional activities by publishing, tracking, and evaluating in the market
∎ Proper utilization of any market activity-related materials
