Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the sales team to achieve the sales target (Monthly/Quarterly/ Yearly) of the Division/Region
∎ Prepare modern and effective sales & marketing strategy for increasing existing sales volume
∎ Take effective measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities
∎ Prepare monthly sales planning & execute accordingly to achieve sales target & explore new market
∎ Prepare reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
∎ Prepare Competitors sales & activity report
∎ Supervise & Monitor effective market visit of the team members to existing and potential customers in retail area to increase the sales
∎ Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitors product, price, feature and promotional activities
∎ Build a strong relationship with the new Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers
∎ Coordinates & Communicates with the distribution & logistics team to ensure product availability
∎ Provide feedback and market information to the management from time to time

∎ Excellent analytical ability, report writing and presentation skills.
∎ Self-driven and innovative attitude.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to communicate with people.
