Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure monthly and periodical sales achievement according to market demand within lead time.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales analysis reports and graphical presentations to increase sales, revenue, market share, etc.
∎ Demonstrate and advocate our new product to the dealers, retailers, customers, and other stakeholders to increase sales subject to cylinder availability.
∎ Administer field sales force (ASM, Sr.Exe/Exe/Officer) of assigned sales area in a proper manner which ensures individual growth and target achievement.
∎ Analyzes team performance to identify skill gaps as well as training needs for desired performance
∎ Create and maintain a professional positive relationship with Channel partner and major dealer/Customers.
∎ Ensure new distributors/Channel partner/retailer/Dealers within lead time subject to cylinder availability
∎ Assist Head of sales in ensuring price model within in lead time for each month.
∎ Visit market to strengthen the relationship with the dealers and to identify market trends.
∎ Inject 12 kg & 33 Kg cylinder in the market within lead time subject to cylinder availability.
∎ Ensure timely payment received & deposition in company account.
∎ Attend customer queries, complaints, requests, and provide necessary solutions within lead time.
