Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise field officer (FO), Territory Sales Manager (TSM) & distributor to achieve given sales Target.
∎ Continuously visit & convince retailers to manage direct sales of LED & Gang Switch and to promote different products of the MEP Brand.
∎ Planning sales target achievement plan for individuals, sales team & distributor.
∎ Maintaining & increasing item-wise sales volume of different products of MEP Brands.
∎ Preparing and forwarding Daily sales reports, Lighting and gang products sales tracking.
∎ Provide structured feedback from trade, customers & competitors.
∎ Any other tasks as & when assigned by the Authority.
∎ Established in 1974, MEP Limited is one of the leading and integrated electric accessories manufacturers in Bangladesh. MEP group, consisting of five different companies manufactures different electronic accessories. MEP currently offers over 1,800 products to its customers. It has more than 15% market share of the domestic market. MEP is looking for young professionals who can comply with regulatory and business requirements.
