Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Monitor daily activities of sales team as per scheduled plan.
∎ 2. Monitoring primary & secondary sales and work on ROI for channel members.
∎ 3. Carry out market / dealer point visit, engage with distributor / channel members, SO, ASM/TSM, RSM and related sales team for sales development activities.
∎ 4. Fulfill job assignments, reduce sales expenses, maintain retail coverage to be able to get job promotion.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary shall cover:
1. Tour allowance, Daily allowance.
2. Incentive is extra upon meeting targets.
3. Mobile minute and net package extra.
