Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Context:
∎ Regular sales and marketing job to deal with dealers, retailers, sales represetative/officers
∎ Reporting area shall be near to applicant`s home town
∎ Requires expertise to look for dealers, commission agents, sales representatives, wholesalers etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Confirm the attendance of sales officer.
∎ Confirm timely product delivery to the distributor point.
∎ Ensure the vehicle loading & timely sales out.
∎ Preparation of Self-monitoring sheet.
∎ Morning meeting with Sales Officer.
∎ Regular market visit.
∎ Discuss with distributor through online / offline
∎ Evening meeting with SO, DSR & Distributor
∎ Collection of daily demand after evening meeting and correspond with sales admin section of the company
∎ Achievement of Primary, Secondary collection, sales target of various kinds, meeting SKU incentives (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) as and how sales admin and higher management communicates
∎ Create new outlet for market coverage and keep record in respective forms and formats
∎ To solve any problem with field force, DSR & Customers relating to sales & distributions
∎ Monitor promotional program
∎ Collect information about competitor activities and report to supervisor as and how needed
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management
∎ Timely reporting of official documents to supervisors and sales admin section of the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Ability to lead sales team (not less than 10 team members) with leadership qualities
∎ Ability to understand geo and field force setup plan
∎ Ability to execute dealer setup as per geo setup plan
∎ Ability to correlate SKUs with geo setup
∎ Ability to work under excessive pressure
∎ Good networking ability
∎ Leadership and interpersonal skills
∎ Analytical skills
∎ Decision making power
∎ Have smart phone, personal email and social media
∎ Candidates having motor cycles shall be given priority
