Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and guiding the field forces under his assigned division with a view to achieve sales target as well as promote brand .
∎ Supplement the activities of field force provide guidance to ensure proper stock , remittance , documentation , promotional program , expansion of territories and mobility of field sales team are the maximum level.
∎ Monitor competitors activities , promotional program , product profiles and suggest due strategic issues to management.
∎ Prepare Daily , Weekly , Monthly sale target achievement plan & implement it properly.
∎ Implement all promotional trade offer under his assigned division .
∎ Train & coach field forces and keep a close eye on sales process with a focus target achievement

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 -12 years experience in field sales in reputed tea marketing company. Preference will be given who have working as Divisional Sales Manager or Regional Manager in a tea marketing company.
∎ Good inter personal and liaison skills.
∎ Good computer literacy.
∎ Strategy development and analytical skill
∎ Good presentation and reporting Skill

Salary: Negotiable
