Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Esquire Plastics Limited, (a concern of Esquire Group) is the leading manufacturer of board in Bangladesh is committing to serve the country.
∎ To support its continuous growth, we are looking for smart, energetic, dynamic and hardworking team mates for our winning sales team.
∎ Responsible for achieving sales target as per plan by forecasting requirements; analysing variances; and initiating corrective actions·
∎ Devise and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the plastics market.
∎ Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales representatives. Provide guidance, set goals, and monitor their performance regularly.
∎ Conduct market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and enhance sales opportunities.
∎ Possess a deep understanding of the company's plastic products, their features, benefits, and applications, and effectively communicate this knowledge to the team and clients.
∎ Generate periodic reports on sales performance, forecasts, market trends, and competitor activities. Utilize data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
∎ Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure seamless operations and effective fulfilment of customer needs.
∎ Responsible for collection against the sales within the time frame approved by the management·
∎ Prepare and present proposals and quotes and recommend products based on customer needs·
∎ Proper follow-up with customers till the execution of order including realizing of payment·
∎ Ensure sales growth by creating new customers and market Prepare weekly/monthly sales and business performance reports and present them to the management team·
∎ Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services·
∎ Maintain and update client database and profile regularly· Maintains relationships with clients by providing technical information on products, information, and creating mutually beneficial business relationships·
