Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage field sales force of assigned sales area to ensure individual growth and target achievement
∎ Demonstrate and advocate Company products to the dealers, retailers, customers and other stakeholders to increase sales
∎ Analyze team performance to identify skill gaps as well as training needs for desired performance
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly sales analysis report and graphical presentation to increase sales, revenue, market share etc.
∎ Ensure monthly and periodical sales achievement within target time line
∎ Monitor market scenario and competitor activities to accelerate regional sales
∎ Monitor credit and outstanding parties regularly and initiate strategies to collect defaulter parties dues amounts
∎ Maintain individual visit to potential clients, existing clients and monitor regular visit of sales team members

∎ Ability to analyze sales data to initiate strategy
