B2B and Channel sales, Divisional Sales Manager (DSM), National Sales Manager, Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting
Job Context:
∎ Dealer Appointed & Market visit
∎ Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Appoint new distributor and sales representative for the company.
∎ Ensure regular cash flow & products lifting by the distribution.
∎ Continuously work with the Sales representative for increasing the sales.
∎ Monitor order vs Delivery and ensure to keep the deviation within SOP by Motivating / working with Management.
∎ Achieve the sales target, daily. weekly and monthly basis (in terms of value wise)
∎ Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of products to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
∎ Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures relating to the region are properly implemented to support the sales teams in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets.
∎ Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the territory
∎ Recommended the good personnel to appoint as SR in his territory.
∎ Send SR / Distributor wise sales and stock report to Dealer Department daily basis.
∎ To search & find market gaps and take initiative to appoint dealer for coverage
∎ Find out prospective Importer and wholesaler for our business (Oil, Food Grain, Pulses & Spices)
∎ Prepare and submit reports to the Management
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Yong and energetic
∎ Salesmanship skill and ability to generate sales independently.
∎ Should be proactive and have positive attitude.
∎ An ability to work under pressure and independently.
Salary: Negotiable
