Job Responsibilities:
∎ To recommend product-lines by identifying new product opportunities, surveying consumer needs, business trends and tracking competitors.
∎ To meet Sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
∎ Provide Sales target to the subordinates (Area/Territory level).
∎ Offer subordinates coaching, counselling, advice, support, motivation, and necessary information to achieve sales target.
∎ Analyze "Sales Target vs Achievement".
∎ Promote new products and special deals.
∎ To evaluate Sales policy and modify according to the market trend.
∎ To visit own dealers & competitors' dealers.
∎ To maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
∎ Prepare various kinds of reports as required by the Management.
∎ Any other relevant task as and when assigned by the Departmental head.
