∎ Purpose of the job:
∎ The DM/AM oversees the sales operations of S&B Nice Foods Valley Ltd.`s product-lines on a functional management level.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market Development Activities-
∎ Implement and execute sales strategies for the region to increase market share and profitability on a sustainable basis.
∎ Visit different territories as per route plan and areas for addressing operational problem and report it to the Management.
∎ Team Development Activities-
∎ Lead regional sales team members to achieve sales targets.
∎ Monitor the activities of TSOs and report to the Management about their development.
∎ Prepare and monitor tour plans for the TSOs.
∎ Ensure TA-DA sheet of TSO and SO complies with the internal standard.
∎ Act as a liaison between SM, Head Office and field employees to address in-market problems faced.
∎ Distribution Development Activities-
∎ Ensure timely product lifting for the region from the DB point, reaching to the retailers and monitor on daily basis.
∎ Receive inventory requirement from the TSOs for the territories and communicate it to the line manager.
∎ Prepare and monitor categorization of distributors based on their performance.
∎ Cost Control and Minimization
∎ Ensure the increase of sales for the region thus decreasing per-head expenses.
∎ Drive team to conform with the policy and procedures standards in respect of control mechanism.
∎ Ensure utilization of company logistic and property and reduce property related sunk cost.
∎ Retail Development Activities-
∎ Increase market coverage by confirming maximum number of outlets for the region.
∎ Report competitor activities to provide sales and coverage development plan for the region.
∎ Identify and report key prospect territories and locations on the basis of growth-share matrix.
∎ Reporting and Analyzing-
∎ Prepare and submit Daily sales report of the Region to the Line Manager & Management.
∎ Preparing Monthly performance analysis and present in the monthly sales meeting.
∎ Internal & external Relationship
∎ Internal: TSOs, SOs, Sales Administration Dept., MIS Dept., Brand Dept., HR Dept., SCM Dept. and Accounts Dept.
∎ External: Distributors, Retailers.
