Experience:

• At least 6 years

• Bachelor/Honors
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Minimum Graduate/MBA will given priority/Diploma In Electrical/Electronics/Power/Mechanical/CSC.

• At least 6 years

• Must have at last 06 Years of experience including two years as a manager.

• Experience in battery industry will be given preference.

• Having good Computer Skill with Excellent control over MS Office (MS Word & MS Excel).

• Additional Knowledge

• Strong leadership capacity.

• Able to work independently.

• Can do attitude

• Strong Geographical knowledge.

• All educational certificates have to be shown.

• No T.A./D.A. will be paid to the candidates participating in the recruitment test.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

• Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Leading and Controlling.

• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.

• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new sales representatives.

• Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.

• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
