Experience:

• At least 10 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Master of Science (MSc)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Healthcare Management preferred.

• At least 10 years

• Age 25 to 60 years

• Minimum 10 years’ experience for Divisional/Zonal level, 5 years for District level.

• Strong leadership, communication skills, track record of achieving targets.

• The candidate should have knowledge of Bengali and English writing.

• Time management and planning skills.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

• Experience in customer support is a plus.

• Experience in health and medical sector is preferable.

• Should have Leadership quality to build a network and coordinate among doctors, others.

• Effective communication skills.

• Must be skilled in use of computer (Excel & e-mail).

• Self-motivated and responsible.

• Proven track record of handling reputed Clients

• Strong analytical skills

• Divisional/Zonal Level: Oversee operations, develop strategic plans, build stakeholder relationships, lead teams.
• District Level: Manage operations, drive sales, establish partnerships, analyze market trends.
• Procuring new doctor through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
• Suggesting upgrade services that may be of interest doctors.one to one meet.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts with doctor of Bangladesh.
• Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance Presence of PICR.
• Reviewing doctor’s and hospital feedback and implementing necessary changes discussing with PICR.
• Campaining and networking.
• MIS should be maintain.
