Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Pharm or B.Sc/M.Sc in Biology/ Bioscience / Chemistry / Biotechnology / Microbiology.

Job Context:
∎ We are searching for someone who is energetic, ambitious, talented and dedicated.
∎ The candidate should have knowledge of English and Bengali
∎ Time management and planning skills
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Strong communication skills and IT fluency
∎ Experience in customer support is a plus
∎ Experience in clinical research, health and medical sector is preferable.
∎ Coordinate among doctors, pharma companies, Patient, owner of hospitals.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (You have to go anywhere in Bangladesh to attend the meeting)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Familiarizing yourself with clinical research services and solution offered by our company (PICR).
∎ Procuring new doctor through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
∎ Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective Principle Investigator and hospital heads.
∎ Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing PI and hospital to ensure that they are retained with PICR.
∎ Suggesting upgrade services that may be of interest doctors.one to one meet .
∎ Crafting business proposals and contracts to hospital, doctor and pharma companies of Bangladesh.
∎ Arranging the DGDA and BMRC approval with time line and payment schedule
∎ Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance Presence of PICR.
∎ Reviewing doctor and hospital feedback and implementing necessary changes discussing with PICR.
∎ Campaigning and networking.
∎ Daily report format update with said timeline and mail to [email protected]
∎ Excel will be shared.

∎ Coordination with Doctor, Pharmacist, Hospital, Patient , Data collect , Send data to Office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have good command of spoken and written Bangla & English.
∎ Must be skilled in use of computer (Excel & e-mail).
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Proven track record of handling reputed Clients.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Effective communication skills.

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)

∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ The yearly increment depends on performance and skill.
