Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ BBA/ Masters/ MBA major in Marketing from any Public university.
∎ University of Chittagong,University of Dhaka,Comilla University students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This role is accountable for achievement of their individual sales, delivery and collections target.
∎ Create Dealer ship with large and medium size clients;
∎ Support ASM and lead sales in the process of getting business from such large and medium size clients;
∎ Establish contact and get orders from small size clients to meet the sales target set for the period;
∎ Resolve and escalate where necessary issues pertaining to customers;
∎ Maintain relationship with small sized retailers and customers to ensure repeat business;
∎ Support the process of sales and collections forecast for customers;
∎ Provide Sales data and MIS as required on a timely basis;
∎ Coordinate with logistics and CSD to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers;
∎ Ensure Accountability Matrix Reporting System
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
∎ Sound Knowledge on MS office application & Reporting
∎ Must have to skill of multitasking
∎ Positive Attitude
∎ Willing to work & travel extensively

∎ A new bike will be provided to employee by the company which value will be paid to the company by 60 equal installments. [For example, if the bike price is 90,000 Tk. then 90,000/60=1500 Tk. Per Month will be deducted from employee's monthly salary as bike loan]. After realization of 60 installment employee will be the owner of the bike.
∎ Every employee will be provided Tk. 4,500/Month during his duty with the company for the fuel and maintenance cost of bike.
∎ Every employee will be provided TAB for day to day operation. Also will be provided two SIMs, one for voice call and another for internet use with a certain ceiling for day to day operation.
∎ Tk. 165 will be paid as DA to each employee on working day.
∎ Monthly Salary Tk. 20,000 to Tk. 23,000 for deserving candidate.
