Responsibilities & Context:
∎ RDRS Bangladesh, a reputed national NGO, is inviting eligible and deserving candidates to apply for the position of "District Program Manager under Out of School Children Education Program". The position is based at Sylhet District. Interested eligible candidates are requested to apply through online. Project activity monitoring and supervision. Visit & facilitating role play in NFE School and maintain all cooperation guidelines to UPM, Program Supervisor & Non-Formal Education school teacher. Maintain regular correspondences with LGI, BNFE, DPE, SMC, PTA, Teachers, Parents, Local Elites and share about present condition of OoSCEP activities towards improvements. Provide direction to UPM, PS for Arrange meeting, workshops and training and facilitate in these events following different guidelines. Attend in different meeting seminars; workshops arranged by community & local institutions and share OoSCEP Program model in the audience. Report preparation, survey, evaluation, researches and support to internal visitors at his/her concerned catchment area. Prepare and submit of all monthly visiting plan, action plan, administrative applications and bill vouchers to concern Sr.PM & Program Head for smooth operation. Preserve and maintain data, information and records for types of report preparation and submission as needed flowing timeline and standard. Programmatic liaison with upazila, district and local elite. Regular communication and coordination with Senior PM, PH and BNFE office Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
