Job Summary

Best Electronics Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager (Retail) to oversee and manage multiple retail outlets within an assigned district. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining customer satisfaction, and leading store teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily operations of multiple retail showrooms within the assigned district.

  • Achieve district sales targets and profitability goals.

  • Monitor store performance, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards.

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate showroom managers and sales staff.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated customer issues effectively.

  • Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to improve business performance.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.

  • Conduct regular showroom visits and operational audits.

  • Coordinate with supply chain, HR, marketing, and finance departments for smooth operations.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and customer engagement.
