Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree on Social studies or Public Administration or Development Studies or elated field

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure capacity building of Both Government and Non-Government partners in district level.
∎ Ensure monitoring, Quality Assurance and coordination with PNGO.
∎ Support and maintain peer learning activities and harvest the result.
∎ Administrative and financial support to the projects.
∎ Support the project team for phasing-out activities.
∎ Carry out any other activities given by the projects.
∎ Frequent travel to the field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience Public Procurement system in Government Institutions
∎ Specific training in Sharique methodology and tools
∎ Strong skills in presentation, public speaking, negotiation and conflict mitigation
∎ A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in local governance projects
∎ Proven records of managing independently tasks
∎ Strong training skills
∎ Have valid motorcycle driving license

Salary:
∎ Six month contract with attractive compensation and benefits, depending on related experiences and capacity of the selected candidate).
