Responsibilities & Context:
- Daily & weekly reporting to TM & GM.
- Proper Planning for achieving bKash’s Parameters & Targets.
- KPI evolution on regular basis.
- Find out business potentialities.
- Regular market visit & ensure bKash’s Visibility.
- Feed required data to GM/Owner.
- Train & Develop new employees & Ensuring required manpower for field.
- Ensure business compliance & daily briefing to Field Force.
- Business Development & Monitor business status of Key
- agents on regular basis.
