Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expansion of quality distributors and modern trade partners.
∎ Expansion of effective coverage through retailers.
∎ Calculate channel budget and profit and ensure ROI Of all business partners.
∎ Ensure right business Modality of all business partners across the country.
∎ Develop go-to-market strategy covering Where to Play. What to Play & How to Win strategy & plans.
∎ mainly covering market place assessment, retailing strategy & priorities, visibility & availability standards for the product division.
∎ Ensure profitability and setting up KPI across the channel.
∎ Ensure proper and timely communication Of relevant campaigns/promotions/product Offers to channel partners.
∎ Take decisive decision about non-performing business partners.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 Years. having experience in business of Which three years as distribution manager.
∎ Experience in Telecommunication/FMCG/Multinational Companies will add value to this position.
