∎ NASSA Group`s readymade garment and textile manufacturing division has achieved globally respected status as a supplier of yarns, textiles and ready-made garments for branded and private label clients worldwide.
∎ We are seeking a computable Director of Marketing for Garments division who have experience to handle large scale marketing team, make & implement business plans and strategies and meet the following criteria

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and grow the marketing department by identifying revenue opportunities among established clients and by securing new accounts.
∎ Identify short- and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including development and management of annual marketing budget, profit-and-loss projections, and expenditures.
∎ Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing team.
∎ Lead development of marketing strategy by working closely with buyers to create effective plans focused on growing market demand.
∎ Ensure strong relationships with key customers and manage their needs, expectations and feedback.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
∎ Forecast sales and monitor performance of the team against targets, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for optimization.
∎ Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales.
∎ Conduct meetings regularly with account managers to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and brainstorm possible solutions, and provide training to ensure team is consistently performing above standard.
∎ Devising new and innovative marketing and promotional techniques / schemes.
∎ To scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans.
∎ Develop pricing strategies, manage sales forecasting and budgeting, identify cost-saving measures.
∎ Provide a written weekly report on all activities, achievements, key issues, etc. with projections and strategies for the following week.
∎ Review buyer’s requirement and coordinate with factory and Design department for timely development of samples.
∎ Management of the marketing program includes budget planning, resource allocation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali., interpersonal skills and presentation skills. Additional language proficiency is plus.
∎ Result oriented, strong leadership & energetic marketing professional having experience in international marketing along with negotiation skills.
∎ Identifying key accounts for strategically securing profitable business.
∎ Participate fully in company marketing and new product development initiatives.
∎ To work closely with top management in devising the strategy for effective business.
∎ To work as an entrepreneur with complete ownership and accountability.
∎ Capable to attend exhibitions to generate business.
∎ Costing analysis on samples developed for buyer.
∎ New product development in coordination with the Production team as per the taste of clients.
∎ Experience of UK/European and US market is must.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Can travel overseas if required for business development activities.
