∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ The incumbent must have the hold of the position as Director (Marketing & Sales) for at least 3 years and a total experience of 18 years. Highly energetic physically and mentally. Confident, Good speaker, Team player & Motivator Experience in marketing is preferable.
∎ Sound knowledge about sales & marketing. Ability to take the challenge to achieve the sales target. Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan. Must be self-motivated and dynamic. Computer knowledge is the must.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall responsible for planning and execution of sales and marketing of all business units of the Group.
∎ Assist the Management to set strategic goals/targets/objectives, budgets, policies and procedures to enhance its operation, market status, profitability and return on investment.
∎ Conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting its short and long-term objectives.
