∎ B.Sc/M.Sc (EEE) / MBA (Marketing/Management) from any reputed public/private/foreign Institutes.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working for nationwide sales operation and develop a marketing strategy for the target customer.
∎ Work with the Brand Department to develop and manage promotions and advertising campaigns.
∎ Investigate and forecast consumer demand for the company's products and services.
∎ Plan, lead, coordinate and communicate marketing projects from start to finish.
∎ Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and marketing managers.
∎ Visit different organizations/ places for developing business/creating new clients.
∎ Follow-up, correspondences and documentations on regular basis with client.
∎ Maintain close relationship with existing & potential clients to adopt policies and strategies.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 52 years
∎ Minimum 15 years working experience on Sales & Marketing in multinational/any reputed organization in which 5 years must be similar post.
∎ Competent in formulating marketing strategies, policies, product promotion, branding, business development, corporate marketing & trade sales, market research, competitive analysis etc.
∎ Should have ability & experience to lead a large marketing team in any reputed company.
∎ Experience in Substation/Generator/Transformer marketing will be considered as an advantage.
