Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee Organization's operational support functions: Procurement, Logistics, Risk Management, Estate and Administration (including Travel, Transportation, Visa and Protocol Services) ensuring that employee's organizational outcomes are met.
∎ Develop and implement a system for tracking and reporting on the progress of implementation of strategic initiatives, especially those that are organization-level projects.
∎ As a part of Organizational Development Committee (ODC), lead on bringing changes in necessary core business processes, structures, and operating models to make the organization more efficient, leaner and sharper.
∎ Instilling a high level of customer services in all administrative functions, and improving relations with service recipients.
∎ Provide technical support to Humanitarian Crisis Management Project in Cox's Bazar in areas of Procurement, Logistics and Administration.
∎ Ensure proper administration of land as a part of Estate management.
∎ Drive system improvement of procurement services in terms of proper planning, speed of delivery and cost-efficiency without compromising transparency.
∎ Oversee the migration towards technology-based, data-oriented solution, which include implementation of ERP in operations.
∎ Introduce and operate improved organizational management tools with the guidance of the Executive Management Committee (EMC) for faster and more effective organizational level decision making.
∎ Establish a safeguarding culture across all levels of the program by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ The candidate must come from senior business management background, including experience in being in a c-suite position in large corporations/organizations. Ability to lead technology-based management of large-sized organization is preferred. Some of the key competencies are as follows:
