• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
• Master of Science (MSc) in Public Health

• At least 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic

• Age 45 to 65 years

1. Minimum 20 years of senior management experience in a health care environment and in progressively demanding positions.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Highly motivated and flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to new situations and challenges.
4. Ability to work efficiently, independently and in a collaborative environment·  
5. Demonstrates commitment to professional and personal growth and development through continuing education programs·
6. Retired army Brigadier or Colonel will be given preference.

1. Resolves all problems from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff      
2. Resolve all problems with patients·
3. Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations.
4. Monitor Duty Doctors roster and go for daily round of the hospital.
5. Develop, recommend and foster the values, culture and philosophy of the organization.
6. Perform such other duties as directed from time to time by the Board/ Chairman/MD.
7. Establish overall quality medical care management & quality assurance.
8. Check medical records & compliance.
9. Have interest in improving quality health to Patients.
