Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve hospital business targets.
Lead branding, promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and media communication.
Establish and strengthen relationships with doctors, consultants, and referral networks.
Identify new market opportunities, patient segments, and corporate business avenues.
Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide strategic direction.
Collaborate with hospital management to align marketing with service goals.
Organize health camps, seminars, and CSR programs to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies for competitive advantage.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, ROI, and future projections.
