We are seeking a visionary and result-oriented Director – Marketing (Hospital) to lead our marketing, branding, and business development functions, ensuring sustainable growth and strong partnerships with doctors, patients, and corporate clients.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve hospital business targets.

  • Lead branding, promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and media communication.

  • Establish and strengthen relationships with doctors, consultants, and referral networks.

  • Identify new market opportunities, patient segments, and corporate business avenues.

  • Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide strategic direction.

  • Collaborate with hospital management to align marketing with service goals.

  • Organize health camps, seminars, and CSR programs to enhance brand visibility.

  • Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies for competitive advantage.

  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, ROI, and future projections.
