Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop strategic marketing policies for the organization by closely working with the management to establish short, medium and long term marketing goals, strategies and plans.
∎ Should have demonstrated high level Marketing skill to explore potential valued buyers so that the branded customers are enriched and production flow of our existing facility is kept in pace.
∎ To maintain effective liaison with existing buyers enhancing the profit margin to a satisfactory level.
∎ To keep abreast of the global market trend and design marketing strategies accordingly so that the organization can cope up with the rapidly changing competitive market.
∎ To attend in global textile fairs and exhibitions for demonstrating the company's presence in market, acquisition of information, identifying customer needs, influencing the decision of customers and strengthening the corporate image of the organization.
∎ To build effective pricing strategies by completing cost and market trend analysis for each of our products to create a positive price image and to ensure the organization is pricing correctly.
∎ To address customer complaints promptly and within shortest possible time by getting the facts and details from the customers to keep them satisfied.
∎ To maintain liaison with all concerned external stakeholders of production to obtain positive impact for the department as well as for the plant.
∎ To ensure on-time shipment as per buyer's requirement even in an uneven situation.
∎ To assist management to handle uneven situations.
∎ To ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that the achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budget.
∎ Excellent presentation skills in all dimensions with confidence to effectively deliver the key messages while demonstrating products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 14 years of experience in Garments Industry.
∎ Demonstrated high degree of initiative, problem solving, attention to detail and managing stress.
∎ Ability to forecast annual budget and schedule expenditure to execute marketing plan.
∎ Should have excellent negotiation skills.

Salary: Negotiable
