∎ Plan International Bangladesh is looking for a Director Human Resources & Organizational Development. The purpose of the position is to provide strategic leadership to the country programme`s human resources and organizational development processes.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leads all HR&OD work for the country programme and at times supports regional and global processes
∎ Champions a culture of continual learning, through the development and delivery of a forward looking, and well-resourced L&D strategy
∎ Represents Plan International Bangladesh on matters connected with HR management internally and externally.
∎ Provides leadership on organizational safeguarding and PSEA
∎ Directly manages a team of four members and provides technical leadership to field office HR functions
∎ As a member of the Country Management Team s/he is expected to contribute to Plan International's understanding and strategic direction

Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for an inspiring and dynamic team leader with a minimum 05 years' experience in senior management position. Strong demonstrable experience of Human Resources planning, recruitment, design and implementation of progressive HR strategies, systems, procedures and practices. Excellent knowledge of the Bangladesh Labor law and Employee Relationship. Understanding of gender and inclusion and demonstrable commitment to promoting gender equity and inclusion as a central element to value based people management. HR/OD experience in an international NGO is desirable
∎ The candidate will have a Masters in Social Sciences, Arts or Humanities. Specialization in Human Resources Management is desirable. Membership of related professional institutions is an advantage.
