Educational Requirements:
∎ Postgraduate from any discipline/ Masters or MBA in HRM from any reputed institute/university.
∎ PGD PM/ PGD HRM will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process.
∎ job description of employees and conduct yearly performance evaluation.
∎ TNA and preparing yearly training plan.
∎ Maintain the procedure of disciplinary action, resignation, dismissal, discharge and termination procedure and records.
∎ Oversee compliance with health and safety provisions of the Labor Act.
∎ Update and recommend new HRM policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare final settlement of employees.
∎ Preparing different types of HRM related reports.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of organizational information and documents strictly and sincerely.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the General HR, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management.
∎ Minimum 10 year's experience in NGO sector.
∎ Must be skilled in Labor Law and Compliance.
∎ Must have proficiency in computer.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both spoken & written English & Bengali.
∎ Age and educational requirements will be relaxed for experienced candidate.
∎ The candidate should be hard worker, honest and non-smoker.
∎ The candidates who have experience on same position will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After 6 months, if he became the permanent employee of the organization, other benefits will be offered as per the organizational policy like provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance, medical aid etc.
