∎ FCMA/ACA/ CA(Inter)/ MBA (Accounting) with adequate experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent should be capable of handling independently accounts, finance and commercial activities of the company.
∎ The incumbent should also be capable of preparing final accounts, Board minutes, managing corpotates secretarial issues, liaison with the Chairman, Board Members, correspond with various relevant Government regulatory authorities and legal agencies, conversant with Rules and Regulations of BSEC, DSE, CSE and IPO related matters and liaison with BSEC, DSE, CSE TAX &VAT Authorities etc. independently.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years experience in accounts & finance of any public limited / private limited/public listed company. Candidates with five years working experience as CFO will be given preference.
