∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Sound experience required in aluminum profile casting operation.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate is expected to oversee all the steps involved in the production of aluminum of billets.
∎ It is important to pay attention to every trivial as well as major details of the entire production and subsequently, identify any bottlenecks, loopholes and potential quality defect(s).
∎ Thus the person in-charge must bare a solution oriented approach towards every process-related problem that might possibly arise.
∎ The job position demands the person to adapt a democratic approach (two-way communication) with his colleagues and workers in order to establish a good relationship with his workers and other departmental supervisors .
∎ It is a mandate that the person in-charge must hold weekly meetings to discuss about production related problems and encourage workers to provide solutions or relevant ideas to promote continuous process improvement.
∎ The outcome of the weekly meeting must be documented and provided to the general manager of the factory.
∎ The person must maintain regular communication with the general manager to share and discuss about any progress of the casting plant or any work related issues.
