Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors with Master in Accounting/ Finance, CA part 1 or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the all aspects of planning, organizing, leading and managing a team of high level of development professionals.
∎ Provide leadership and management for overall financial & auditing aspects of CSS as mentioned.
∎ Support and guide day to day all projects/ departmental heads to do their job effectively and efficiently specially in the financial regulation.
∎ Maintain effective coordination among all projects under the control of CSS.
∎ Oversee Management Information Systems (MIS) of all projects and find the similarity with audit report.
∎ Participate in all works of CSS related to records, assets, activities and information ED sir as per need of the organizations.
∎ Maintain coordination, liaison, and net working with other Directors and project Heads as well.
∎ Provide internal financial management guidance including budgeting for all projects/programs/ of CSS and controlling of budget.
∎ Ensure monitoring and evaluation of the programs towards meeting their goals and objectives through field visits, internal unit visits, staff meeting, individual meeting, reporting, individual interview, focus group discussions, training etc.
∎ Provide guidance, assistance and support related to personnel management issues.
∎ Identify needs plan and facilitate training program through HRD for skill development of the staff especially in the area of Finance & Audit.
∎ Assist in implementing of the programs plan within the framework of policies and procedures of the organization.
∎ Review & follow up the report of external auditors.
∎ Leave approval for all staff being directly supervised by the Director-Audit.
∎ Reserves the right to take any prompt measures/ decisions with the consultation of other directors in order to protect the assets, property and image of CSS if any emergency situation arises.
∎ Any other special responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have experience in leading and managing a team of high level of development professionals.
∎ Experience in budgeting/ forecasting and Financial Management.
∎ The candidates should have experience on following areas: I-NGO/ NGO/ Development sectors.
∎ The candidate who applied before need not to apply again.
∎ Experience in monitoring and evaluation of program activities.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skill and be an excellent team player.
∎ Experience in participatory/ consultative planning and Management of Program
∎ Ability to operate & execute responsibility independently.
∎ Fluency in writing and speaking Bangla & English.
∎ Excellent analytical and report writing ability is required.
∎ Have command on computer program (Particularly MS Word, MS Power Point & Excel)
∎ Willing to do local travel with own initiative.
∎ Genuine commitment and respect for poor are essential.
∎ The candidate should have minimum 5-8 years' experience in Financial Management as well as auditing independently.
Salary: Negotiable
