• 2–3 years of experience in heavy engineering workshop

• Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of workshop machinery

• Ability to read engineering drawings

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Team management ability

• Knowledge of industrial safety standards

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage heavy engineering workshop operations

• Operate and maintain machinery (lathe, milling, CNC, welding, etc.)

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met

• Troubleshoot mechanical faults and perform maintenance

• Maintain safety procedures and workshop discipline

• Coordinate with production and design teams
