∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Visit Merchant Point and pitch them sales approach (Daily 25 physical visit for new sales pitch or follow-up them). Create a sales funnel.
∎ 2. Maintain relationships with the highest value EMI Merchant and leads.
∎ 3. Provide guidance to our highest EMI Transaction Merchant, to help optimize value they extract from our service platform.
∎ 4. Ensure regular data input in sales report and visit report.
∎ 5. Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
∎ 6. Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
∎ 7. Effectively execute sales strategies and assisting sales personnel in their techniques.
∎ 8. Ensure merchant feedbacks regularly & shared to concerned department as per organizational structure.

∎ Salary Structure: 10000 BDT (fixed + variable)
