Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage large volume inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders via phone, Messenger, or WhatsApp using friendly, persuasive communication.
- Reply to comments, inbox messages, WhatsApp queries, and YouTube subscriber messages.
- Maintain fast response time to increase engagement and customer trust.
- Post Static Banners, Motion Graphics, Reels, and Product Videos across all company platforms.
- Follow content calendar and ensure minimum 5 posts per hour.
- Reshare reels, shorts, and videos across groups, linked pages, and social media channels.
- Upload posts in Facebook Marketplace and related automotive communities.
- Update daily car stock on the company website.
- Update & manage spare parts stock data across online listings.
- Share website stock links in post captions, comments, and inbox replies.
- Manage and coordinate spare parts orders, dispatch, and customer delivery timelines.
- Follow up with warehouse team for order processing and delivery completion.
- Upload customer delivery photos with caption, hashtags, and proper formatting.
- Ensure consistency with company branding and tone across all posts.
