Riziq Property and Design Studio is a premier real estate and design firm based in Banani, Dhaka. We are seeking a dynamic and highly creative Assistant Manager, Branding and Digital Marketing to elevate our digital presence and showcase the quality of our properties and design work.This is a versatile role for a motivated self-starter who excels at both strategic digital marketing and hands-on content creation.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the engine driving our online visibility and the visual voice of our brand. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and meticulously optimize paid marketing campaigns (e.g., social media ads, Google Ads) to generate high-quality leads for property sales and design projects.

2. Organic Growth & Visibility: Drive organic traffic and improve search rankings for our key properties and services through expert SEO (Search Engine Optimization) implementation and monitoring.

3. Visual Storytelling: Lead the creation of engaging visual content that highlights our architectural projects and interior designs:

4. Graphics Design: Produce high-quality images for social media, website banners, and digital brochures.

5. Video & Motion Graphics: Film, edit, and produce compelling promotional videos and add professional motion graphics to bring our designs to life.

6. Website Oversight: Ensure our digital storefront is pristine by managing, securing, and updating our Wordpress website, making sure it always provides an excellent user experience.

7. Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.

What You'll Bring:

1. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing professional, preferably within the real estate, architecture, or luxury goods sector.

2. Hands-on expertise in creating, optimizing, and reporting on large-scale paid marketing budgets.

3. A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Graphics Design and Video Editing/Motion Graphics (Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools are essential).

4. In-depth knowledge of current SEO trends and tools.

5. Demonstrable skill in WordPress website management (themes, plugins, security, and content management).

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bengali.

7. A passion for design, aesthetics, and the property market.
