• Expertise: Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Social Media Analytics.
• Skills: Excellent copy-writing in English & Bengali; ability to think outside the box.
• Mindset: Result-oriented, proactive, and trend-savvy.

Tasfia International Ltd. is looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist. Your mission is to scale our premium Salon bookings and drive student enrollments for our Professional Training Academy through high-impact digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google) for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Content Strategy: Develop engaging social media calendars and collaborate with designers for viral-worthy visuals/videos.
• Lead Conversion: Monitor online inquiries and optimize the sales funnel to convert leads into bookings and admissions.
• Growth Hacking: Identify the latest trends in the beauty industry to stay ahead of the competition.
• Analytics: Track ROI and provide weekly performance insights to the management.
