• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in classroom operations, student counseling, or administration within a training institute or educational firm.
• Skills: Strong communication skills (Bengali & English) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).Traits: Highly organized, student-friendly, and capable of multitasking under pressure.

Job Context: Tasfia International Ltd. is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Classroom Operations Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth functioning of our beauty training classes and providing end-to-end support to our students to ensure a premium learning experience.

Job Location: [Farmgate, Dhaka]

Key Responsibilities:

• Classroom Management: Oversee daily class schedules and ensure all training materials/beauty products are prepared before sessions begin.
• Student Support: Act as the primary point of contact for students, assisting them with course materials, schedules, and general inquiries.
• Coordination: Liaise between trainers and students to maintain a disciplined and productive learning environment.
• Documentation: Maintain student attendance records, progress reports, and enrollment databases.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the classroom facility is well-maintained and follows the institute’s protocols.
