Job Summary: Tasfia International Ltd. is looking for a sharp, creative, and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who doesn't just manage pages but generates Monthly Sales. You will be responsible for building our brand value and driving footfall/enrollments for both our Salon and Training Institute through innovative online and offline strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Develop and execute high-converting lead generation campaigns to ensure consistent monthly sales growth.
- Brand Strategy: Create a unique brand identity for both the Salon and the Academy to stand out in the market.
- Creative Campaigning: Launch innovative 360-degree marketing ideas (Online + Offline) to attract premium clients and students.
- Ads Management: Expertly manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads with a focus on high ROI.
- Content & Trends: Stay ahead of beauty industry trends to create viral-worthy content and promotions.
- Reporting: Analyze data and provide clear insights on sales conversion and marketing spend.
