Responsibilities & Context:
Digital & Online Marketing:
Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing activities for the hotel.
Manage official social media platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp Business, Messenger, Email, and other digital channels).
Respond professionally to all customer inquiries, SMS, messages, emails, and online booking requests.
Create and publish daily content (posts, captions, offers, promotions) for hotel rooms, restaurant items, events, and packages.
Generate online leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Handle online reputation management and customer feedback.
Offline & Corporate Marketing:
Conduct offline marketing activities, including field visits, client meetings, and promotional activities.
Enlist corporate clients, travel agencies, companies, institutions, and organizations for long-term business partnerships.
Maintain and grow relationships with corporate accounts and repeat clients.
Prepare and present hotel profiles, rate cards, and promotional materials to corporate clients.
Coordinate corporate bookings, events, and business deals with management approval.
Sales Growth & Target Achievement:
Work towards achieving and growing assigned sales targets for rooms, restaurants, and events.
Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets to increase revenue.
Follow up with leads, negotiate within approved limits, and close sales successfully.
Maintain sales reports, booking records, and performance updates.
Innovation & Business Development:
Introduce new marketing ideas, innovative sales strategies, and promotional concepts to improve brand visibility and revenue.
Suggest creative offers, packages, and campaigns based on market trends and customer demand.
Continuously analyze competitors’ activities and recommend improvements.
Operational Support:
Provide backup support to the Hotel Reception / Front Office when required.
Ensure accurate communication of hotel services, room details, restaurant menus, and policies.
Perform any other duties assigned by management to support business growth and operations.
