Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist to be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our marketing strategy. You will focus on creating, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various marketing channels.
∎ To be successful as a Marketing Specialist, you must be highly self-motivated, self-starter, result-oriented, proactive, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies in order to execute successful marketing campaigns.
∎ Qualification:
∎ MBA in Marketing or Business preferred. Bachelors degrees in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field are accepted. Any Certificates in Digital Marketing Specialization will be an added advantage. This is a full-time position, working from home.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing implementing all marketing plans. Execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and email campaigns
∎ Design, build and maintain our social media presence
∎ Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
∎ Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly
∎ Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits.
∎ Promote company's products in the digital space
∎ Compile performances report using Google Analytics program
∎ Conduct keyword research according to the latest keyword research strategies
∎ Deliver effective editorial plan and content marketing strategy to meet the business objectives. Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content development,
∎ Edit and improve the content that audience is looking for and optimize the path to conversion
∎ Integrate content programs with brand campaigns to drive the demand for the brand
∎ Extract reports from multiple sources like IT, operations and customer feedback
∎ Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of a company
∎ Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tool
∎ Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
∎ Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
∎ Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media
∎ Develop the right strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
∎ Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
