Your primary responsibility will be to maintain OLAB`s social media channels, create compelling content, and collaborate with other team members to execute successful marketing campaigns. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Social Media Management & Ad Management.
∎ Oversee and manage OLAB's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and others.
∎ Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
∎ Create and schedule engaging and relevant content to maintain an active and interactive presence across all platforms.
∎ Content Planning and Creation.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and product managers, to develop marketing content aligned with OLAB's brand and objectives.
∎ Produce high-quality and engaging content for social media posts, blog articles, info graphics, videos, and other marketing materials.
∎ Ensure that all content is optimized for various digital channels to maximize reach and impact.
∎ Digital Marketing Campaigns.
∎ Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and other initiatives.
∎ Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating insights to optimize future campaigns and improve overall marketing strategies.
∎ Market Research and Trend Analysis.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and the latest developments in educational technology.
∎ Conduct market research to identify opportunities, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
∎ Analytics and Reporting.
∎ Utilize various analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns, website traffic, and other marketing initiatives.
∎ Prepare regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience (2 years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role in managing social media platforms and content creation.
∎ Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media trends, and analytics tools.
∎ Proficiency in using social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
∎ Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ A passion for education and technology is a plus.
