Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Email Campaign Management:
∎ 1.1 Strategize, plan, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
∎ 1.2 Segment and target email lists based on various criteria to ensure the right message reaches the right audience.
∎ Create engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, visuals, and calls to action, to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
∎ 1.3 Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results over time.
∎ 1.4 Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviors.
∎ 1.5 Reviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs.
∎ 1.6 Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify potential clients and partners.
∎ 1.7 Qualify and categorize leads based on relevant criteria to prioritize outreach efforts.
∎ 1.8 Maintain a well-organized lead database and track interactions using CRM software.
∎ 2. Negotiation Strategy:
∎ 2.1 Lead negotiation efforts with clients, partners, and vendors to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
∎ 2.2 Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the needs, priorities, and motivations of the parties involved in negotiations.
∎ 2.3 Develop negotiation strategies that align with company objectives and maintain long-term relationships.
∎ 2.4 Employ effective communication and persuasion techniques to navigate complex negotiations and resolve conflicts.
∎ 3. Relationship Building:
∎ 3.1 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, legal, and product, to gather insights and align email campaigns and negotiation strategies with broader business goals.
∎ 3.2 Build strong rapport and trust with clients, partners, and stakeholders through clear and empathetic communication during negotiations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 36 years
∎ Proven Work experience of around 2-3 years in digital marketing.
∎ Proven track record of successfully managing and executing email marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B context.
∎ Demonstrated expertise in negotiation techniques and strategies, with a history of achieving favourable outcomes.
∎ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging email content.
∎ Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and draw actionable insights.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Proficiency in email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and negotiation software and tools
∎ Attention to detail, creativity, and a strategic mindset.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 45000 (Monthly)
